This was our first time in Tunica and we will definitely be back because of the awesome staff at the Hollywood. Also, there is a golf course behind the casino which I wanted to try but never had the chance. If I ever visit this area again, I would surely get a room here.
The Hollywood theme was a major hit with me as the BatMobile, The Deleorean from Back to the Future, and other props were present at the casino/hotel.
My only complaint would be the selection of food which was very good but few choices. The buffet was excellent even though at the time they're many people at the dinner rush. The walls and doors were very thick so the sounds from other members were silenced. Nonetheless, the furniture and beds were consistent of higher end quality products.
I ended up signing up for a poker tournament at 2:00 pm so this was no problem ended up playing until 6:00p.m (Got seventh place in a thirty person tourney, pays top 5 winner gets $650 on a $40 game) We ended up having a very nice seventh floor room with a deck, but for whatever purposes the door to the patio was locked. In addition, we asked for an extra room on short notice and the staff were very pleasant making our accommodation. We checked into the hotel around 1:30p.m and were told that a room would be ready around 3:00p.m.
